Winemaking
Crafted from 90% Shiraz and 10% Malbec, this wine is sourced from select vineyards across South Australia, where the region’s warm days and cool nights provide ideal ripening conditions. Grapes were harvested at optimal maturity and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and highlight fruit purity. No oak was used in the winemaking process, allowing the varietal characteristics of Shiraz and Malbec to take center stage, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-forward expression.
