2022 Pappy’s Paddock Shiraz

Pappys Paddock Shiraz is a typically rich but elegant Barossa Shiraz with plenty of colour and flavour. The bouquet is sweet berry fruit and roasted meats. The palate is complex with berry fruit, sweet spices like cinnamon and nutmeg and lovely oak influence giving a creamy vanilla mouthfeel. The luscious fruit combines with the velvety tannins to provide the wine with great complexity and length.

A pale straw hue with delicate green highlights. The nose is vibrant and inviting, offering intense aromas of fresh lemon curd, butter, and toasted roasted nuts, accented by subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and lively, with crisp, refreshing natural acidity and impressive length of flavour, leaving a clean and satisfying finish.
