At 1847 Winery, we invite you to embark on an exclusive, bespoke winemaking journey — a luxurious experience designed for wine lovers who value craftsmanship, connection, and unforgettable memories.
Guided personally by our expert vineyard manager and winemaker, you and your family will step into our private vineyards to hand-pick your very own grapes. Under the warmth of the sun and the whisper of the breeze, feel the weight, texture, and ripeness of the fruit as you harvest each bunch with care.
After harvest, our winemaker will lead you through every stage of the winemaking process — hand-sorting, destemming, crushing, and pressing — with your hands shaping every step. You and your family will then sign your names on a prized French oak barrel, creating a lasting mark of this special moment.
Over the next two years, your wine will mature gracefully in this very barrel, drawing character from the oak and depth from the passage of time. When ready, we will bottle your exclusive wine, complete with a custom label designed by you.
